Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the winmyr platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the winmyr platform.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing content or services provided by winmyr. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

The winmyr platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, users confirm that they meet this minimum age requirement and that their use of the platform is lawful under the regulations of their jurisdiction.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the winmyr platform. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including full name, phone number, and any other required details.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. winmyr will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, please contact our support team immediately.

User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

Users agree not to use the winmyr platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, data, or other users' accounts.
  • Abusing promotions, bonuses, or platform offers through fraudulent means.
  • Transferring or sharing an account with another party without winmyr's authorisation.
  • Disseminating content that is misleading, deceptive, or damaging to the platform's reputation.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the winmyr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, DuitNow, and other local methods listed on the platform at the time.

Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are from legitimate sources and are solely their own. winmyr reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership for identity verification purposes before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's policy and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawal processing times are between one and three business days depending on the chosen payment method. winmyr is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as banking systems or payment provider technical issues.

Any attempt to process payments fraudulently or to use another party's payment details without authorisation will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Policy, Suspension & Closure

Winmyr reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
  • Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
  • Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
  • Account inactivity for a period as defined under the platform's current policy.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance in that account may be forfeited subject to the outcome of winmyr's internal investigation. Users have the right to submit a written appeal to our support team within 14 days of the account closure date.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the winmyr support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's standard procedures once all checks are completed.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Winmyr Limitation of Liability

The winmyr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winmyr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of the platform. winmyr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, or data corruption.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the winmyr platform are the exclusive property of winmyr or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from winmyr. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links & Services

The winmyr platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. winmyr has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of such services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Winmyr reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
